I do HAVE to say this.....1964 I was 16 and that 45 I played on my record player in my 57 Chevy. Wore out two of the records it played so much. Even today when I see people I grew up with, that's all they remember was the record player I had in my car. Now I'm 69 yr old....damn times flies. Cherish what YOU have TODAY!

The Shadows are most definitely one of the greatest instrumental groups of all time. This fabulous tune is yet a further very fine illustration of that fact I believe.

Released in May, 1, 1964. Other among my favourites: Stingray and I Wish I Could Shimmy Like My Sister Arthur, end of 65. It was THE  band before the boys from Liverpool.  (Beatlemania caused a shadow over them...) Great Shadows.

Man this jams I love instrumental music it,s the best of the sixties pure and simple and easy and beautiful too peace everyone .

I heard this song in my head for decades, never could pin it down. I thought it be non-existent. Wow, I was right all along.

The very first single 45 I ever bought in 1964 at age 11 and it still sounds good today.
