Not one of the main tracks on Firefly by any means, but Heep still do a great job with it. Great John Lawton vocals & background synthesiser by Ken Hensley. For me, this LP was easily the best of the John Lawton era.

This is a great example of how great Lee Kerslake was with Heep. Tasteful drums. Never lazy. And Trevor was doing some good work here too. I think he phoned it in way too many times to ever mention him with Gary Thain - who NEVER phoned it in - but his playing here is top notch. As much as I admire the Byron era, Lawton had some songs there were just as good - this being one of the best from the Lawton era.

I’ve only recently (last two years) explored Heep’s back catalog and am mystified at how the Lawton era is not only overlooked as the best music the band has ever produced but is not in the ranks of classic rock heavyweights. It’s got real soul and great songs.
