Pretty sure after "turn into another day" it is actually these lyrics:
Half my time, mother, call it right it in, not at all
Get it out and not alright, yeah, not at all
"call it in" means to put no effort into whatever you're doing.
'mother' just means "motherfucker'.
'get it out' means 'crank it out' ie. get the job done.
There is a popular disco song called "Turn This Mother Out" which Gibby was certainly familiar with and people would use the phrase "turn this mother out" synonymously with "call it in" or "get it out." Just basically get the shit done, not with any pride or attention to detail.
He's saying he just calls it in half the time and is going through the motions, getting whatever shit done that needs to get done...Half the time it doesn't get done at all and when he does get it out it's not alright at all, either.
