I love this song, and I love the meaning behind it. How he's talking about ADD/ADHD and how psychiatrists really do push ritalin onto kids and many other people. "Well if they're making it, then they're pushing it, and leading us along" describes that most psychiatrists have financial ties to medical companies, so they push it onto people to make their money, and when the do, they in a sense "lead us along" because they're drugging people into really, easily controlled kids in a zombie-like state.

I wasted alot of my life self medicating for ADHD. Back in my day they didn't diagnose it in kids. You were just a bad kid. I knew there was an issue in my head. But to bring yourself to say so or look for help is not always the easiest thing.
