Powerful in its simplicity.  I take this as a song about self preservation; needing to leave someone and mourning their loss, but needing to move and ride on to live and stay alive.

Ride On . . . City Of Chicago. . . I remember these songs being played by my father early in my childhood. He comes from County Down. Good things! Tiocfaidh ár lá.
