Clyde McPhatter had one of the most unique voices ever. There will never be another like him.

I recall trying to sing this song when I was in grade school back in the 50's 

His voice was beautiful. I'm so glad I clicked and gave him and this song a listen!

A perfect mixture of lead vocal, backing vocals and subtle instrumentation  :)

Gene Pitney spoke very highly of this artist and this song.
