Utterly stunning piece of music, 42 years old and I never tire of hearing it.

A glorious magic-carpet ride that passes over the Taj Mahal, negotiates a vast thunderstorm and touches down at a market in Kashmir.

I reach an eargasm every time i hear this piece.

For me You of Gong is between the five best records of Progressive of the history

As far out today as it was back in 74- superb. You never blow your trip forever as Daevid used to say

The intro bass guitar tune on this is so far advanced, I think few bands from this period understood the variations that a unique bassline can add to a song.  Weather Report certainly understood this.

R.I.P. Daevid Allen.  He passed away today.  This one will send him on his way.  Thank you for the innovation and enlightenment.

My favorite rock instrumental of all time. I see God every time I listen to it.

I was just a 17 year old when I saw Gong play at the Hammersmith Palais in 1975. The atmosphere was thick and heavy with the smell of weed and the crowd were from another planet. Wonderful stuff.

Masterpiece. Tim Blake... the man's a wizard.
