I love you mister Pixie
I love you
All I want to do is to be you…
I love your face
I love your space
I love your rays baby
And if you like
I’ll stay tonight
I could swear that I saw it up in the sky
On the eve but I never knew they could fly
It was green as an emerald in the blue
Now I’m wondering if it was really you
I painted that album cover on my door, too.
I found a teapot in a second hand shop and painted it like a flying teapot. It hung from my ceiling for years on a wire but I never remember putting it up. I think I had an acid tab up my arse at the time.
This ain't Zero The Hero And The Witches Spell. I don't know what it is called because I was always too stoned to read the track info...
Wonderful music, especially Bloomdido's sax work. Is there ever a band who could meld jazz rock sounds then this is it. Yes, the lyrics are bizarre but ontop of that the band were brilliant musicians very au fait with what each other was doing. Great album. I used to drink a lot of tea.
Side two of Angels Egg is so good man you will love it,,, As for the heavier stuff listen to I never Glid Before, Eat That Phone Book Coda, Oily way (All off the Angels Egg album). And also if you can find it - Ooby-Scooby Doomsday or The D-day DJ's Got the D.D.T. Blues Is a bonus track off the Angels album which is one of my Favorited tunes by the mad Gong. :)
...Nice to see all the Gong fans having fun with all their far-out comments,
..really gettin' in to the spirit of it all..!!
Tea-pots, I never knew that they could fly..
let's take off... 6.24!!! 7.30!!!

Back in the good old 70's I was turned on to Gong, and then spread the word to all my friends. Ohh, you pot head pixies, and zero's continue on my friends
Awesome music - been listening to the later version of Gong - the more fusion stuff with the vibraphone and all - this is cool progressive? - I love how the ending was kind of reminding me something porcupine tree would do I know GONG predates porcupine tree by a good 20 yrs
