Nothing short of excellent!!!
I used to work security all night long... Everyday, 12 midnight to 6 am. I had an entire tire plant to myself. Made an xtra 13k that year so I could pay my mortgage. Worked an 8 hour job during the day. I used to play this song (among other MH greats) over the intercom and ride the forklift crazily all over the 200,000 sq ft of the place. Best time of my life.....
he is the best voice of country
This wonderfully talented man sings my life in most of his music. Love Merle
Do they still make country that sounds like that?
merle playing a peavey
RIP Merle. Thank you.
One of the Best.. This song was released on Merle's 1977 album titled the same...Ramblin' Fever.
This is real country. Not the new garbage you here today
Love his Gee-Tar playin...
This song describes my dad so well. He was a trucker. I hardly ever saw him up to his death in 1982.
Say hi to Waylon, George, and Johnny for me in heaven Merle
One of my favorite Haggard tunes. I remember listening to it driving to work around 1978.
Hes kinda holding back in this video... this is a guy with born talent. On his worst day he was better than almost everone else....
The Great Merle Haggard and the Strangers. Got to open for them in Bakersfield in 2000. Will never forget them !
Nothing like a old telecaster sounds awesome and heavy enough to still bust heads with in a bar fight
Merle there ain't a day goes by I don't listen to some Hag. You're the best.
To answer Dakota's question . Roy Nichols is sitting in front of the drummer. He is as well as Merle playing lead.
Handsome man! Love and respect the Hag's music!
