Its hard to find any 'genre', they dont put a foot in, even some not yet found. Sitting here 40 years after i started listen to them and still i get blown away - nothing less than shocked. Its the way they do it (what ever it is i cant explain it in words, less so in eng.), And im one of those cant dive into the deep meaning of the lyrics as some seems to , though i found my own storys that fits well for myself. And im sure aint gonna play no surfmusic, im gonna play it.. i know JUST .. \m/

I'm pretty sure 'The Marshall Plan' is the plan Johnny has to get his girlfriend back ie. getting a whole stage full of Marshall amplifiers. At least that's how I've always seen it...

And to think all most people know about this band is "more cowbell."  They were BADASS.  Especially always loved this song  because they have a sense of humor about it.  6 million albums in just two short years... lmao!
