Okay I just gotta throw it out there... Cynic on LSD was the most incredible thing I have ever experienced.

If anyone tells you your band sucks, just remember that Cynic were booed off stage everynight when playing live back when this first came out.

Just listening to these guys for the first time in here and all I can say is wow, just freaking amazing!

I was so confused as a young teenage metalhead when I got the Cynic album after worshipping the Human album by Death. What is this? Death Metal? Jazz? Pop? Whatever it is, I love it.

Wow this song feels like one of those once in a life time moments. No matter how many times I listen to it I still get the same chills down my spine the first time I heard it.

Rest In Peace Sean Reinert. Thank you so much for the incredible music, you’re the greatest drummer ever in my opinion. I love the energy, imagination and rhythmic creativity in your work and how all you did served to deepen the feeling and emotion in the music. You’ve truly inspired me for a lifetime, thank you.

This is a beautifully written piece of music, but can we all just take a moment to appreciate that incredible bass solo? Sean Malone deserves so much more credit for his unique approach to the bass guitar.

Absolutely stunning song. I'm in the process of learning this. Very difficult and technical. One of the best instrumentals of all time. Along with The enigmatic form by Decrepit birth and Voice of the soul by Death.

It's like the heaviness and the jazz are having a decisive argument.
