Agreed. I was born in 1987, but thank the good sweet Lord my Dad adored rock music from the 70s. I would be screwed if he didn't! I see more Deep Purple, Jethro Tull and the Cult on the sidebar and I'm just thinking,"HELL YEAH!!!" >PHEW!

Great times. I'm 62 now. Just spent the day with my 23-year-old. Life is good.

I heard this on the car radio today. Turned on full blast. Came home and listened to it 4 more times. It's been years since I heard this gem.

Jon Lord passed away 16 July 2012. May his soul rest in peace and may Deep Purple keep rocking till the day we die.

About as perfect a heavy rock song as there will ever be. The keyboards toward the end really nail it.

One of Deep Purple's best. They don't make hard rock like this anymore.

Impeccable hi-hat technique by Ian. 16th notes and 5 stroke rolls - absolutely flawless. Scotty pattern at the end of the bridge section. Fuckin killer drumming.

Brings back the memories of the wonderful 70's and the unmistakable sound of Deep Purple. What a time to be a teenager.

I never heard better piano than this one on this song! Every instrument these guys played was amazing....they should have been in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame decades ago!
