Three musical legends playing together is what ALL music lovers (especially JAZZ) want-The BEST of the BEST. 4 AM shows that three music legends can feed off each other equally and come out with a beautiful piece of music like this. Yes I agree Jaco we will always miss your spirit and bass playing forever brother. Herbie was and will always be THE MAN and Harvey Mason feeding off the bass and keyboard playing of the other two masters is one of the greatest written composition of fusion music.

I think this is the only recording of Jaco and Harvey Mason playing together. They made a great team

The ultimate song where vocals are not needed. After a two hundreds of times listening I always come back and stay witn this composition. Their alchemy closes all there can be achieved long after midnight: hand in hand. To be recognised once, is never to be forgotten!
