Kansas has 3 major things that set them apart from other bands... There are more but these 3 are a constant ... 1) they have a violinist, 2) They play very complex original music, and 3) they have spiritual lyrics. If any of these things bother you perhaps this is not the band for you... Or you could just pretend that all the songs are about sex and violins

This is another overlooked Kansas gem. Great music! As to the lyrics, anything that does not promote lawlessness is fine with me. Kansas was a powerful music force with an awesome assemblage of talent.
