those drums are so intricate everybodies musical talent was so on point still one of my favorite jazz tracks

At 72 I still get goose bumps when I here this; one of the best songs ever.

I remember listening to this song in 1959. It was one of Ray's first hits. I was later to meet the man and as a young musician, I got to share the same stage with him. He was one of the most awesome musicians, and singers I was to meet and perform behind. He had an influence on me throughout my career as a vocalist, pianist and organist. Thank you, Ray, you are sorely missed.
