Does anyone know when this was actually released on record? Rick’s discography on Wikipedia makes no mention of it. From what I have gathered, there was a Rick Nelson Rio Bravo EP released in Europe somewhere between 1959 and 1962 (sources vary) but ‘Cindy’ is not on that. Amazon has a Rio Bravo CD that would seem to feature this version but it was released in 2007. Is that the first time this above recording of ‘Cindy’ – it is listed at 1:59 so it would seem the same one – was released? Hoping someone knows.
